Mount Pleasant, SC – October 2025 – Caliente Ballroom is excited to announce that its new, larger facility at 1116 Graddick Road is almost complete and will open in early 2026. Founded by international dance champion Artur Malakyan, the expanded space will feature spacious dance studios, a wide variety of classes, private lessons, youth programs, and community events.
Since 2019, Caliente has become a vibrant hub for dancers of all levels, and the new location will offer even more opportunities for the community to connect, learn, and celebrate the art of dance.
While construction is nearly finished, Caliente continues to offer its full class schedule at its current Mount Pleasant location. The grand opening celebration at 1116 Graddick Road is set for early 2026, and the team is excited to welcome dancers from near and far.
